Inspection

Disassembly

The car is carefully disassembled, with each part labelled and stored for later restoration or replacement. Detailed photographs and notes are taken to serve as a reference throughout the restoration process.

Bodywork

The body panels are repaired or replaced as necessary. This may involve removing rust, repairing dents, and fabricating new panels. The body is then prepped for painting, which involves sanding, priming, and applying multiple coats of paint to achieve a flawless finish.

Mechanical Restoration

The engine, transmission, and other mechanical components are rebuilt or replaced. This may involve machining new parts, sourcing original parts, or fabricating custom parts.

The suspension and braking systems are also overhauled to ensure optimal performance.

Interior Restoration

The interior is restored to its original condition, which may involve reupholstering the seats, replacing the carpets, and restoring the dashboard. Any missing or damaged instruments are repaired or replaced

Race preparation

This involves installing specific configurations depending on the car and race type. These can include navigation and timing systems, antennas, sensors, racing seats, harnesses, and roll cages
