MADPANDA RETURNS FULLY TO THE FANATEC GT WORLD CHALLENGE EUROPE

Madpanda Motorsport announces its double program in the highly competitive Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS for 2023. The team will compete in both the Endurance Cup and the Sprint Cup, with no less than 15 races, 49 hours of pure racing on 10 different circuits.

In its fourth season of competition, the Spanish team will seek again the Silver titles with what is expected to be a colorful but mad No.90 Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo.

Madpanda Motorsport has already proven its potential by winning the TotalEnergies 24 hours of Spa in Silver in 2021, being crowned Silver Team and Driver champions in 2020 and more. The panda and its crew are ready to take again the challenge of participating in the full 2023 FGTWC season.

During the winter break, the Barcelona-based team has been and continues working hard on the development of the car and the team. A cooperation agreement has been reached between HWA and Madpanda for 2023, which means that the team will count with an HWA Performance Engineer for the whole year, among other things.

"Sakura" will be launched officially on track at the FGTWC test days at Paul Ricard in early March.

The driver lineups will be announced shortly. Madpanda Motorsport is still evaluating drivers for the upcoming season. For more information on racing opportunities with Madpanda Motorsport, contact Ezequiel Companc at epcompanc@madpandamotorsport.com or on WhatsApp at +34 673 55 42 12.

Ezequiel Companc, team principal: "Coming back to Sprint for 2023 is something we are really looking forward to as a team. We have proven in the past years that our crew is one of the best at pitstops, and they are training hard to keep the fight tight with the top teams again this year. I am also proud to say that we have reached a deal with HWA for this year, which is a big step for the team. We have clear and ambitious goals for this season. We are looking forward to meeting again our fans on track, and having their support throughout the season!"
